Live Event Coverage of an Evening of Wine & Roses
As a team Ron Haedicke of Freedom Media Services and I worked to cover all the screen, and audio events as well as help coordinate the evening. We designed everything for the screen (including an hour long looping video) as well as ran live audio.
This was the head slide for the night, we also had slides to accompany an auction and a hour long video (that was produced by our team) that looped covering the last 30 years of the event. Also live event audio was provided, which included coordinating with a music group and taking a feed from their system to add them into the house system.
